Service Overview
We structure exchange transactions, review ownership documents, and formalize transfers for both parties.
We tailor each case to the property records, transaction history, and agency requirements involved. After the initial review, we provide a clearer checklist, practical next steps, and a realistic working timeline.
Clients in Ilocos Sur and nearby areas often use this page to understand which documents to prepare before they contact our team for transaction support.

The Process
Scenario Review
We evaluate both properties, the transaction goal, and whether an exchange is more practical than a direct sale or separate acquisition.
Ownership and Record Validation
Our team checks title records, declarations, receipts, and authority documents so both sides can see material gaps before signing.
Agreement and Value Alignment
We help organize the exchange terms, supporting documents, and market value discussion so the swap structure is clearer and easier to document.
Transfer and Filing Coordination
We guide the next steps for deed execution, compliance review, and coordination with the proper offices or representatives until the transaction is ready to close.
